Carrabba's Italian Grill, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to oversee daily back-of-house operations, lead kitchen staff, and uphold Carrabba's quality standards. You will manage recipes, food preparation, and presentation to delight guests while ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include directing prep staff, inventory checks, staff training, and maintaining high standards in sanitation and customer service in a full-service casual dining setting.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in full-service casual dining environment preferred.
• Flexibility in scheduling and relocation a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Direct back-of-house operations and lead kitchen staff.
• Ensure recipes, prep, and presentations meet Carrabba's standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise kitchen team members.
