Carrabba's Italian Grill, LLC in the United States is seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to oversee daily back-of-house operations and ensure recipes and presentations meet Carrabba's standards. This role directs prep staff, hires and trains back-of-house teammates, enforces safety and sanitation, and maintains inventory and scheduling while delivering exceptional guest service.

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in Full-Service Casual Dining or Casual Plus preferred.
• Scratch kitchen experience a plus.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to relocate is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Direct prep staff and monitor food quality and consistency.
• Assist in hiring and training back-of-house staff.
• Implement security protocols for staff and guest safety.
• Prepare kitchen equipment and production areas daily to boost productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and local regulations; health inspections meet standards.
• Ensure line checks, recipe adherence, and proper cook times.
• Verify menu items are prepared according to recipes and specs.
• Manage staffing levels and shift assignments.
• Keep kitchen, dish, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Check and balance inventory and place food and supply orders.
• Set high customer service standards and lead by example.
