Role Overview: Kitchen Manager

As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for food production and managing the Back-of-the-House operations using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures, and company systems. Your goal is to ensure quality food, adherence to recipes, cleanliness, and safety standards for our guests. You will also oversee overall restaurant operations, including food quality, safety, production, and labor management, especially in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.

Requirements:

1. Strong, stable work history with management experience in high-volume, casual dining, or family-style restaurants.
2. Education and training typically associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
3. Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
4. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
