Job summary
Popeyes in the United States is hiring an IT Help Desk Technician to keep the restaurant technology running smoothly. You will deliver first-level support for POS systems (NCR Aloha, Sicom Xenial) and general restaurant devices, troubleshoot, and assist with software installations and access configurations.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of IT Help Desk or related experience.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and remote support skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows OS.
Responsibilities
- Deliver first-level support for restaurant operations, including POS systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for registers, computers, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Enter and manage tickets accurately, and escalate when needed.
- Respond to requests via phone, email, and remote sessions.
- Assist with system setups, software installations, and access configurations.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, email, and web access issues for restaurant teams.
- Provide training to restaurant and field leaders on applications and system use.
