Cook Out Restaurants is seeking an experienced Restaurant Maintenance Technician to service multiple locations, focusing on HVAC and refrigeration systems, walk‑ins, ice and shake machines, and related equipment.

You will be cross-trained on hot side kitchen equipment and collaborate with store leadership. A valid license, 2+ years of refrigeration experience, own tools, and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of refrigeration experience.
• Must possess tools/instruments required for refrigeration work.
• Weekdays and every other weekend availability; on-call as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record in past 3–5 years.
• Reliable transportation to home restaurant; work van may be used on weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Aufgaben

• Serve multiple locations to maintain a safe, clean, and high‑performing environment.
• Repair and maintain AC units, walk‑in coolers/freezers, ice/shake machines, and reach‑in units.
• Learn to repair and maintain hot side kitchen equipment.
• Regularly inspect grounds, buildings, and systems; perform self‑identified repairs.
• Use a company tablet to track requests and document completions.
• Collaborate with Service Area Managers, office staff, and store leadership.
