Job summary

Wet Willie's in Harrisburg is seeking motivated restaurant staff to deliver excellent guest service and help grow the venue's client base. You will work with teammates and management to maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

The role welcomes a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor; 18+ and HS graduate preferred; one year of food service experience preferred; strong English communication; ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prefer a minimum of one year of previous food service/restaurants experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand / walk for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Ensures excellent guest service that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Working with all other team members and management to develop the restaurant's expanding client base
• Operating in accordance with the company policies and applicable laws.
• Support other staff members while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.
• Follow all safe work behaviors to maintain a safe environment for both guests and crew members.
• Monitor daily activities to ensure quality food and cleanliness standards.
• Promoting suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintaining professional behavior while creating a warm, fun, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere.
