Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prefer a minimum of one year of previous food service/restaurants experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand / walk for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent guest service that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Collaborate with team members and management to grow the restaurant's client base.
• Operate in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Support other staff while upholding standards, quality and cleanliness.
• Follow all safe work behaviors to maintain a safe environment for guests and crew.
• Monitor daily activities to ensure quality food and cleanliness standards.
• Promote suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintain a warm, friendly, hospitable atmosphere.
