Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Team Lead or 1+ year as a Senior Team Lead/ Assistant General Manager.
• Experience in kitchen operations, safe food handling, and hospitality-focused customer service.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop people across locations.

Responsibilities

• Master store operations across multiple locations to ensure smooth daily flow.
• Develop people through coaching, training, and leadership opportunities.
• Mentor, guide, and empower team members to build leadership for future roles.
• Drive career advancement with a clear growth path toward General Manager.
• Support business operations and decision making with GAS mindset.
• Build community connections and market Wing Shack through authentic engagement.
