Job summary

Wing Shack is seeking a Restaurant Development Specialist in Fort Collins, CO, to grow store sales, recruit top talent, and deliver exceptional hospitality. You’ll partner with Operations to lead high-energy, community-driven restaurant initiatives and mentor team members to build signature Wing Shack experiences.

You’ll gain leadership skills, drive store performance, and help shape a culture built on passion, hustle, and people-first values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Team Lead or 1+ year as a Senior Team Lead/Assistant General Manager.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Experience needed: kitchen operations, safe food handling, efficient workplace practices, hospitality-focused customer service, people development, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong management skills with the ability to run a shift effectively as the lead.
• Ability to create positive guest interactions, have high energy in the kitchen and dining rooms, and create lifelong guests for our brand.
• Not currently on any performance improvement or coaching plan (if internal).
