Job summary

Wing Shack in Thornton, CO is seeking a Restaurant Development Specialist to grow store sales, recruit amazing talent, and lead with energy and hospitality in a fast-paced, community-driven environment.

You’ll train and mentor teams, partner with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth multi-location operations, and travel to multiple stores to build a strong culture, deliver signature Wing Shack experiences, and develop leadership for future General Manager roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Team Lead or 1+ year as a Senior Team Lead/ Assistant General Manager.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Experience needed: kitchen operations, safe food handling, efficient workplace practices, hospitality-focused customer service, people development, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong management skills with the ability to run a shift effectively as the lead.
• Ability to create positive guest interactions, have high energy in the kitchen and dining rooms, and create lifelong guests for our brand.
• Not currently on any performance improvement or coaching plan (if internal).
