Job summary

Wing Shack is hiring a Senior Team Leader to help run daily operations with energy, pride, and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-casual setting.

You will lead, train, and motivate staff, oversee scheduling and coverage during peak hours, support onboarding, monitor food safety and cleanliness, and step into the manager role when needed to keep operations humming while you develop professional growth in a dynamic, people-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• 2–3 years of restaurant experience required.
• 3–5 years of restaurant leadership required.
• Experience in front-of-house and back-of-house preferred.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate team members to uphold standards of service and cleanliness.
• Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and coverage during peak times.
• Support onboarding and ongoing coaching for new hires.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns quickly.
• Help monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure proper storage.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and POS procedures; maintain compliance.
