Job summary

Wing Shack in Fort Collins is seeking a Restaurant Development Specialist to drive store sales, recruit great talent, and develop leadership across multiple locations. You will partner with Operations Managers to lead high-energy teams and deliver exceptional hospitality that builds lasting guest relationships.

You’ll mentor staff, train new teammates, and support store leaders while pursuing a clear growth path into general management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Team Lead or 1+ year as a Senior Team Lead/Assistant General Manager
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Experience needed: kitchen operations, safe food handling, efficient workplace practices, hospitality-focused customer service, people development, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong management skills with the ability to run a shift effectively as the lead.
• Ability to create positive guest interactions, have high energy in the kitchen and dining rooms, and create lifelong guests for our brand.
• Not currently on any performance improvement or coaching plan (if internal).
