Wing Shack in Dacono, CO seeks a Senior Team Leader to partner with management, run daily operations, and keep the high-energy Wing Shack vibe. Lead, train, and motivate team, ensure service standards, food quality, and safety while delivering top-notch guest experiences.

This role requires 3–5 years of restaurant leadership and 2–3 years front- and back-of-house experience. You’ll help with scheduling, onboarding, inventory, and cash handling, and step into the manager role as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to shifts.
• Availability nights, weekends, holidays as required.
• Able to perform all essential job functions as trained.
• Strong leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• 2–3 years of restaurant experience required.
• 3–5 years of restaurant leadership required.
• Experience in front-of-house and back-of-house preferred.
• Proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and labor compliance.
• Proficient with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic computer applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate team members to meet Wing Shack standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
• Support onboarding of new hires and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Help monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure proper storage of food and beverages.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and accurate POS procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment per guidelines.
• Step into the manager role when needed to keep operations running smoothly.
