Qualifications

• 1-3 years work experience in restaurant management
• Experience in food service industry strongly preferred
• Knowledge of scheduling and basic business metrics a plus

Responsibilities

• Build sales through great guest service and quality product
• Develop effective work schedules to support sales and post schedules weekly
• Work 55-hour weeks during peak periods
• Ensure safety and security of employees and customers
• Achieve the restaurant's annual operating goals
• Ensure safe, consistent food delivery on each shift
• Maintain clean, organized restaurant operations and proper systems
• Purchase food, beverages and supplies and oversee quality
• Uphold performance and profit standards described in the operating guidelines
• Utilize training to hire, retain and develop a strong team
• Demonstrate knowledge of equipment and preventive maintenance
• Execute marketing plans to drive repeat customer visits
