Job summary

Outback Steakhouse is seeking a Managing Partner (Proprietor) in Florida to lead all front- and back-of-house operations, manage P&L, and drive guest satisfaction. This hands-on role requires staffing, training, and community involvement while upholding Outback standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role, GM experience preferred
• Experience in full-service casual dining environments recommended
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team
• Ability to ensure high food quality and guest service standards

Responsibilities

• Lead all restaurant employees to maintain brand standards and drive guest satisfaction
• Hire, train, coach, and discipline staff as appropriate
• Ensure staffing levels, scheduling, and training across FOH and BOH
• Manage restaurant P&L and control costs
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee cash handling and administrative tasks
• Lead community involvement and uphold company ethics policy
