Qualifications

• As a Managing Partner, a track record of leadership and team development is essential.
• Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience, with GM experience preferred.
• Experience in full-service dining environments and driving guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage all employees and ensure high performance standards.
• Oversee staffing, training, and development across front and back of house.
• Control P&L, costs, and inventory to maximize profitability.
• Respond to guest concerns and turn dissatisfied guests into repeat visitors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies.
