Job summary

Denny’s in Texas is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team. You’ll be responsible for overall success, including guest satisfaction, sales, profitability, food quality, and daily operations.

You’ll build an engaged, high-performing team, ensure hospitality, maintain high standards for food preparation and safety, manage staffing and scheduling, and partner with leadership to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or General Manager experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Experience hiring, training, coaching, and developing employees.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, and food cost control.
• ServSafe or food safety certification preferred, where applicable.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
