Job summary

This role combines hands-on duties with staff development and financial oversight.

The GM will drive sales, manage costs, ensure safety standards, and model excellent guest service across all shifts with a strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost control for food, labor, cash, and expenses.
• Drive sales growth by improving speed of service and food quality.
• Maintain staffing levels across all shifts.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff at all levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
• Provide feedback to area coach via daily calls and weekly meetings.
• Handle guest complaints to foster repeat business.
