Job summary

You will supervise staffing, control costs, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and brand standards in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role, preferably in a service-related business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Have open availability and the ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Comes to work with good hygiene.
• Has reliable transportation and able to arrive to work on time.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train employees.

Responsibilities

• Control food, labor, cash and other expenses to company guidelines and budgets.
• Improve sales growth by enhancing service speed and food quality.
• Maintain adequate staffing for all days and shifts.
• Conduct performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and ASM.
• Hire and train new crew and supervisors.
• Coach and develop staff to achieve certification and performance goals.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitation per regulations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Keep environment safe for employees and guests; take corrective action as needed.
• Ensure preventative maintenance with facilities and equipment.
