Job summary

Team Lyders Payroll Inc, a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our locations under brand standards. You will coach and mentor a motivated team while ensuring customer satisfaction, operational speed, and food quality.

You will own the P&L, manage labor and inventory, schedule shifts, and uphold health and safety standards. The role requires 2–4 years of leadership in QSR/retail and a willingness to work a 50-hour week, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience in the QSR or retail environment with P&L accountability.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in team building.
• Proficient in basic business math and computer literacy.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour workweek, including evenings, weekends, and extended shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead with purpose, resolve conflicts, and drive results through others.
• Recruit and train top-tier talent to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Provide clear direction, mentorship, and performance feedback for all team members.
