Job summary

Team Lyders Payroll Inc, a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume location in the United States. You will drive guest satisfaction, maximize profitability, and coach a motivated team to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership experience with P&L accountability in QSR or retail.
• Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven track record of building and mentoring teams.
