Job summary

Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead daily operations, oversee staff, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage scheduling, training, and adherence to food safety standards while supporting the GM in achieving financial goals. This role offers full‑time hours with opportunities for advancement and ownership pathways.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 1-3 years management experience.
• Prior knowledge of Profit and Loss statements preferred.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite and computer literacy.
• Strong work ethic, desire to exceed guests’ expectations, and a real passion for fresh food.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review store’s P&L, assist scheduling, and follow GM’s direction to reach cost goals.
• Master menu and product knowledge.
• Serve guests and build meaningful connections.
• Be responsible for the restaurant and the team working.
• Set the tone for the shift and give clear directions to staff about duties.
• Supervise and mentor staff; manage quality crew development, motivation, training and evaluations.
• Support or work stations when needed (kitchen included).
• Assist the GM in interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Follow proper cash handling and payment procedures.
• Maintain Health Department Standards throughout each shift.
• Follow proper Alcohol Handling policies and procedures.
• Food handling and storage of products; maintain hygiene and appearance.
