Job summary

Ted's Montana Grill is seeking an experienced Proprietor/General Manager to lead daily operations with a focus on profitability, guest satisfaction, and growth. You will set expectations, coach managers, and drive engagement to deliver Big Sky Moments for guests and employees alike.

Responsibilities include budgeting, live P&L oversight, and ensuring standards of service and quality across the kitchen and front of house. This is a high-ownership, hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in General Manager, Managing Partner, or Assistant General Manager roles.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing a P&L and budgets.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory control.
• Proven track record in training and developing teams.
• Hands-on leadership in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall restaurant operation to meet financial and operating goals.
• Lead recruitment, retention, and staff development to deliver exceptional service.
• Provide direction and feedback to managers and team members.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and consistent quality of operations.
• Partner with Culinary and FOH managers on standard of excellence and profitability.
