KBP Brands is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a fast‑ paced KFC restaurant and drive profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will recruit and develop a team, optimize operations, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment across shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility (quick service preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk full shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, and labor; review financials and take action as needed.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train staff to maintain operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant and ensure a high-quality guest experience.
