• 5+ years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Adheres to health, safety, and food safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, onboard, and train Team Members and Shift Leads to build a high-performing team.
• Develop and implement training plans for managers and staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and CHAMPS standards to ensure excellent customer service.
• Analyze financial performance, manage budgets, and maximize profitability without compromising service.
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies and safety standards.
