You will recruit, train, and manage staff, oversee scheduling, and ensure food safety and financial performance across all hours of operation.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required.
• Scheduling, P&L management, food safety, and recruiting experience.
• Creative approach to marketing and driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed—maintain top-notch hospitality standards.
• Ensure fast, accurate service and a positive guest experience.
• Own full employee lifecycle including recruitment and performance management.
• Train crew, shift leaders and Apprentices using Chipotle's tools.
• Direct team to deliver accurate and timely digital orders.
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, scheduling and budgeting.
• Keep dining room clean and guest-ready; uphold safety standards.
• Drive overall financial success: sales and cash flow.
• Work lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts across hours.
