KBP Drive-In, a Sonic Drive-In franchisee, is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead operations, inspire teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will drive profitability, recruit and train staff, manage inventory, and ensure a clean, welcoming restaurant. This role offers paid training, a weekly incentive program, and opportunities for growth across our expanding network.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as Restaurant General Manager with P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record leading teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, inventory, and labor.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure guests have a friendly experience with a quality product.
