KBP Drive-In, a Sonic Drive-In franchisee, seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive profitability, and influence overall restaurant success. You will coach staff, manage labor and inventory, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers quarterly bonuses, an awards program for top performers, and opportunities for internal development within the KBP Brands network. Healthcare benefits and PTO are included.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and safely maneuver through compact spaces.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.
