Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an experienced General Manager for our Griffin, GA location. The GM will partner with the District Manager to oversee daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead both front- and back-of-house teams.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in food service, retail or restaurant settings.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, and schedule team members with District Manager oversight.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff; manage performance and policies.
• Ensure timely communication with District Manager on operational issues.
• Conduct regular restaurant inspections and maintain inventory records.
• Address food prep issues and customer service concerns to retain guests.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and security standards in the facility.
• Own new responsibilities and seek opportunities to add value to the role.
