Qualifications

• 5+ years restaurant management experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Guest-obsessed with problem-solving abilities
• Tech savvy with POS systems and scheduling tools
• Valid Food Manager Certification or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing restaurant team while maintaining accountability and high standards
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure consistent food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
• Hire, train, and develop team members to build future leaders and bench strength
• Work with FOH & BOH teams across cooking, prep, expo, and service
