Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants. In partnership with the General Manager, you will help ensure the restaurant is operating at the top of its game and focus on guest engagement and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and a passion for training and developing your team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Ability to train and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants.
