Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience, with prior restaurant GM experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Ability to manage staff, drive training, and champion change.
• Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant management team through performance, engagement and training.
• Drive local restaurant marketing and monitor Profit and Loss results.
• Lead community connection and fundraising activities.
• Ensure the restaurant stays at the top of its game.
