Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest experiences, and oversee marketing and financial performance. You will manage the restaurant team, coach performance, and drive training initiatives to ensure top results.

The role emphasizes P&L accountability, labor law and health code compliance, food safety, responsible alcohol service, and safety systems, with opportunities to engage the community and fundraise through store programs.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience and prior restaurant GM experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train your team.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Responsibilities

• Create legendary guest experiences and oversee local restaurant marketing and P&L results.
• Lead and develop the restaurant management team through performance, engagement and training initiatives.
• Oversee community connection and fundraising activities.
• Ensure the restaurant operates in compliance with applicable laws and safety standards.
