Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead and develop shift managers, servers, bartenders and service assistants.

You will partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant performing at a high level and to drive guest engagement. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience, with solid knowledge of labor laws, health codes, sanitation, and food safety.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager.
• Help ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game and drive guest engagement and metrics.
• Lead coaching, development and execution of training for the team.
