McAlister's in Florida is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations with focus on safety, quality and guest satisfaction. You will lead scheduling, service, and maintain cleanliness while developing team members and protecting assets.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in casual dining, strong leadership and outstanding communication. Position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced premises.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years’ current experience in casual restaurant industry.
• Experience in deli or food service management preferred.
• Servsafe license preferred or able to obtain license.
• Availability to work during open hours (evenings/holidays/weekends).
• Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and uniform standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude toward guests.
