KBP Drive-In, a Sonic Drive-In franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive profitability in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and quality products.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash controls, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure guest experiences with a quality product.
