Responsibilities

• Manages a staff of Assistant Managers and employees; assigns, oversees and evaluates work for compliance.
• Hire, train, evaluate, discipline and terminate employees as needed.
• Provide on-the-job training for new employees.
• Oversee ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of supplies to minimize loss from waste or theft.
• Assist in supervision, preparation, sales and service of food; ensure world class customer service.
• Forecast food item usage per shift to avoid shortages or waste.
• Supervise food preparation and service; assist during rush periods to maintain efficiency.
• Handle greeting customers, taking orders, operating cash register, assembling orders and checking for accuracy.
• Route deliveries and supervise drivers to maximize delivery speed.
• Complete daily food preparations and opening procedures.
