Rib Crib BBQ in Gainesville, TX seeks a Restaurant General Manager who leads guest-obsessed team to deliver outstanding results. As GM, you'll champion hospitality, drive performance, and mentor a high-performing staff in a fast-paced, full-service environment.

You will manage culture, training, staffing, operations, food cost controls, safety compliance, and guest experience, balancing frontline leadership with back-office analytics to keep the restaurant thriving daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of management experience in a full-service establishment.
• Knowledgeable in back-of-house and front-of-house operations.
• Capable of setting expectations and maintaining concise oral and written communication among managers and employees for each shift.
• Education & Experience: High School diploma or equivalency.
