Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Creates value for shareholders through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management.
• Maintains highest level of Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Hospitality by interacting with guests during peak hours.
• Manages guest service/relations, appearance, courtesy, and sales techniques.
• Controls labor and product costs; orders supplies; maintains inventory; plans weekly schedules.
• Recruits, trains, motivates hourly staff; ensures safety and cleanliness standards.
• Oversees maintenance, equipment checks, and basic repairs as needed.
• Delivers reports using approved methods; enforces cash controls and security measures.
• Handles hiring decisions and staff development; maintains a safe work environment.
