Arby's is seeking a General Manager to lead our restaurant operations in Macomb, IL. This role drives profitability, guest satisfaction, and brand standards while managing a team across all shift responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of foodservice management experience; QSR or casual dining GM experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required. An associate or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided)

Responsibilities

• Direct restaurant operations to ensure guest experience and profitability.
• Lead a high-performing management team and drive brand standards.
• Support positions hands-on and drive continuous improvement.
