Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of leadership experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred.
• College and/or culinary schooling preferred.
• For alcohol serving restaurants, Bob Evans follows state requirements for manager positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and staff in accordance with policies.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees; plan and direct work.
• Drive sales, control costs, and manage inventory and labor costs.
• Coach and mentor team members to ensure guest satisfaction and performance.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Monitor cash handling, financial reports, and schedule adherence.
