Bob Evans Restaurants seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and uphold company policies and systems. You will drive sales, oversee budgeting, and mentor team members to achieve guest satisfaction and profitability.

Formación

• Leadership experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–6 years in a leadership role preferred.
• College or culinary schooling preferred.
• Alcohol service experience per state requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily restaurant operations and staff.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees.
• Set goals, monitor sales, and drive profitability.
• Control costs including food and labor while maintaining quality.
