Job summary

Papa Johns is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive profitability, and ensure quality standards. You will oversee delivery drivers, shift leaders, and team members, applying company policies and procedures to achieve targets.

Responsibilities include planning, forecasting, inventory management, and enforcing safety and customer service excellence while building brand loyalty and a positive local presence.

Qualifications

• Two years of successful restaurant management or supervision preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Serv-Safe/Local/State Food Service Certification.
• Basic accounting including invoice reconciliation and financial statement analysis.
• Cash management skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (50+ hours per week), including nights and weekends.
• Bilingual in certain markets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and customer service standards, address deficiencies, and respond promptly to concerns.
• Oversee staffing, performance reviews, coaching, and discipline when needed.
• Drive sales through local marketing and community presence while meeting budget goals.
• Manage costs and inventory using the restaurant’s systems and ensure safety/compliance.
• Maintain asset safety, preventative maintenance, and a clean, fully equipped restaurant.
