This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Youll ensure safety, manage inventory and build a team culture that reflects Popeyes values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably as GM/AGM.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Financial and business acumen with P&L understanding.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations with focus on food quality, guest service and cleanliness.

• Motivate and coach managers and team members to meet goals.
