Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Financial acumen with understanding of P&L statements
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with high standards for food quality, guest service, and cleanliness
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all roles
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
