Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as GM or AGM.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Financial and business acumen with understanding of P&L statements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members and managers.
• Coach and motivate staff to meet goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee inventory, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through local marketing.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks.
• Build a positive team culture reflecting Popeyes values.
