KBP Foods, a leading restaurant franchise group and part of KBP Brands, is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead a busy KFC location. You will manage a team, drive profitability, and ensure a top-notch guest experience in every shift.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience with P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift, stand for long shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash controls, inventory, and labor.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and AGM.
• Coach and train staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct biweekly inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean, guest-friendly restaurant with quality products.
