Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a General Manager in Kentucky to lead daily restaurant operations, drive customer satisfaction, and manage profitability. The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and adherence to brand standards to ensure fast, accurate service.

The GM will supervise staff, manage inventory and costs, and ensure a safe, fun workplace with growth opportunities and benefits. This position supports the Area Supervisor/Owner and is integral to achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant or retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and training needs.
• Cash handling and basic math skills.
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Flexible to work a varying schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer service goals and ensure complete orders within service time targets.
• Oversee operations to maintain product quality and restaurant presentation.
• Uphold company policies and standards of conduct and health guidelines.
• Keep workstations clean and organized; support health department requirements.
• Manage cash handling and security procedures per policy.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure performance.
• Control costs related to food, labor, and utilities; monitor shift activities.
• Complete paperwork accurately as required by supervision.
• Open/close procedures and handle unexpected issues promptly.
• Support area supervisor/owner with staffing, training, and marketing tasks.
