Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a General Manager in the United States to lead a team and run operations to meet customer satisfaction, sales and profitability goals. You will ensure high standards and consistent execution of company procedures.

Responsibilities include hiring and developing staff, scheduling, ordering, implementing local promotions, and maintaining a clean, organized restaurant. You will work with regional leadership to drive results and deliver a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring customers are served correct, complete orders within service time goals
• Preparing and ensuring that all colleagues prepare consistent, high quality products that are served to customers
• Achieving the standards for a clean and organized restaurant
• Recruiting, hiring, training and evaluating
• Developing a productive team by directing and supervising colleagues, using communication, delegation, and discipline to reduce turnover
• Accurately completing all paperwork associated with daily, weekly, and period end activities as directed by the Area Supervisor or Market Director
• Scheduling, food ordering, and product projections accurately and maintaining restaurant equipment
• Properly implementing shakerboarding, local store marketing events, and in-store promotions that result in increased sales
