Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a General Manager in Mayfield, KY to lead daily restaurant operations, drive customer satisfaction and profitability. You will manage staff, scheduling, and training, while upholding company standards and health regulations to deliver fast, friendly service.

The role requires 18+ with a high school diploma, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to supervise multiple shifts per week in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant, retail or customer-facing role.
• Age 18+ required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; basic math skills.
• Must be able to pass background/INS verification and provide eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer service goals and profitability targets.
• Lead and mentor team members; schedule and train staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies and health regulations.
• Oversee operations during shifts and manage opening/closing procedures.
• Handle cash management and daily paperwork.
• Monitor costs and maintain restaurant image and cleanliness.
